I Didn't realize that America sent troops to WW1,

The arrival of more than two million American soldiers in Europe offered fresh and much-needed military power to the tired Allies on the Western Front

around 53,000 Americans were killed in combat

The morning of October 8, 1918, dawned misty with the promise of a better day to come in the trenches of north-eastern France. At 6.10am, Corporal Alvin C. York went over the top with the 2nd Battalion, 328th Infantry Regiment, part of the 82nd Division in the American Expeditionary Force.

York is lit fam. Have you seen the black and white movie? "But when I hear them machine guns a goin' and all them fellas are droppin' around me - I figured them guns was killin' hundreds, maybe thousands, and there wern't nothin' anybody could do but stop them guns. And that's what I done."

York: Has the ablity to kill every last one of them

only kills 2/3 of them and takes over 100 prisoners

I wish there were more maps with American factions in the game. But I understand why there isn't. America didn't get involved till 1917. Nearly 3 years after the war had broken out in Europe. And I wouldn't want more American involvement in the game to take away from all the Brave allied forces in Europe who fought so hard for every inch of land those first 3 years.

Yeah but a majority of the battles prior to that were stalemates in trenches. It took like 9 months for Verdun to be over. American campaigns would be fun because they were actual offensives with more modern combat techniques on both sides.

True, America was the that last push the allies needed to defeat the central powers. But, Britain fought very very hard for way longer then we did. The allied powers did most of the heavy lifting and America came in at the very end and just helped give that little push.

Well it wasn't a little push. They were stuck in a stalemate until America arrived. Obviously Britain and France did more

Can you even prove America was in WW1? Have you ever seen America and WW1 in the same room?

I said that they are not forgotten.

EDIT: Alright, english is not my main language so I got that wrong, I thought it meant something else. Sorry.

As I said, I thought it meant something else. If that wasn't the case I would have just deleted the comment and ran away without trying to justify what I said.

I didn't want to say what I meant and I'm sorry for that, feel free to believe me or not, if you dont, here's a comment that I made regarding America in WW2.

As I said above, I didn't want to sound disrespectful, I just wanted to say that American soldiers are not forgotten at all and I thought that phrase meant exactly that. People can make mistakes, buddy, and it can easily happen if someone speaks more than one language.

And no, I wasn't even trying to make you look like the bad guy.
