"Must be at least noon. Look at the position of the sun. Okay, look... FUCK ME!"
Jokes aside, I loved those episodes so much. I want to go to whatever that town is in real life.
You're a faaaaaaag!
The balls of that glorified crew! They harboured a faggot!
When I was 19 and first started working construction, my days would go exactly like that. "It's gotta be noon by now..." HOW THE FUCK IS IT ONLY TEN IN THE MORNING? The first time I saw that episode, I was really delighted with that scene. Just another one of those little things that made the show hit home.
haha exactly the same here- one of the most universally relatable moments on the show!
I reckon the east coast of full of those tiny white bread places. I have nothing against those towns though they seem kinda boring.
You know, I'm glad you decided to write your book in our little town.
what are ya some kinduv FAG?!
Don't send out the signals if you can't handle it, closet queen!
Sometimes you tell a lie for so long....
Were you playing... midnight pope?
Mentor, OH?
Therearounds, yeah buddy
I couple years ago I found out that the actor who plays Johnny Cakes blew his brains out, he was a firefighter in real life too, pretty sad stuff.
John Costelloe. Steve Buscemi was a firefighter with him. Buscemi got him the Sopranos role, although he'd been an actor for some time before the Sopranos. Joseph Gannascoli (Vito) remained good friends with him till his death.
Train and tunnel.
A dirty fighter, eh? I don't wanna know you
To me, it was unrealistic Johnny Cakes would like a fat guy like Vito, who wasn't very intelligent, to the point he wants him to move in and saying I love you. My friends tell me the homosexual community is really anti fat, unless you're a bear, which Vito was not.
Agreed. I hated the whole arc. I think it would have been sufficient to show him at the club and the parking lot bj. But, wtf do I know about making a successful TV show.
I didn't mind Vito having a fling with a guy, but the choice of actor made no sense. Vito has like no redeeming qualities. Forget his looks, he isn't smart, he's not well read, he's a pathological liar, lazy and violent. All of the sudden, Johnny Cakes, who takes care of his figure, works hard and volunteers in the community helping people - not for the rush - but just to help - is saying he loves Vito. Maybe I'm missing something, but I thought I had enough dysfunctional relationships in my life to understand. I think the arc would have been better if Tony had brought the family into the new age and let Vito go to AC. Vito could continue to make Tony tons of money, so no one could say anything. Phil would get so angry, after a few months, he kills Vito and then more retaliations. However, I also do not know how to make a hit tv show.
Finn De Trolio, my arch nemesis.
Why is this so funny?
