I really like this poem, it is straight forward and sweet. I'd drop the 'I', 'You' and 'However, when I' from the start of each line, just a style preference though. Nice message, feel good poem. 

wow, love it. filled with story, emotions and good structure. Though it doesnt rhyme in places, I think it is still a good read. 
You could probably expand on this, make each of the lines into a stanza and add more story to it. Would be a great read !!

I really like the twist in the end. the rhyming is also quite nice too, making this sound almost like a limerick. it takes a lot of skill to combine the themes of humor and love, so you've created a terrific piece here. although rhythm might've not been a focus, it's always another thing to improve upon, for a perfectionist.

Great rhymes (especially the half-rhyme with allergic!) and I love the thematic repetition. I was quite surprised by the ending, being on a positive note and really enjoyed how it turned out. Poems are often too sad, but this one is sweet. 

The only thing I would comment on to just keep in mind for all your writing is the vocabulary/tone of your poem. It's okay to change the tone, but I feel like the last line is such a positive and enthusiastic contrast to the poem that feels unsettling to end on such a unexpected outburst of joy. My suggestion would be to keep it tranquil and sweet, perhaps like:

"However, when I gave you my heart, you whispered - it's perfect."

Just a suggestion, not saying it needs fixing, because I really love this one. Just my two cents.

I agree with the sentiments expressed by everyone else and enjoy the sweet and straightforward sentiments. But what I think could really help your poem, especially when it is written in his style is either working out the syllables of each line so it flows better, because it currently feels rather disjointed--or just going all in and writing this in a meter (which I think would be nicer but that's obviously your choice).
