How does Etheroll know what wallets to send dividends to?

Noob here. Lets say I went on EtherDelta, bought 1000 DICE and put it in my EtherDelta wallet (first buy it, its in the Ether Delta exchange , then I withdraw it to the wallet I have on EtherDelta). Will Etheroll automatically know that my wallet contains 1000 DICE and send dividends to that address automatically?
