Antipsychotic drugs didn't stop them from hearing voices so some mentally ill people believe they either have microwave auditory effect or synthetic telepathy. They had not researched the effectiveness of antipsychotic drugs in stopping the voices.
Microwave auditory effect is physically hearing actual words or sounds via bone conduction induced by microwaves. Bone conduction sounds as real as hearing through the ears.
Synthetic telepathy consists of a computer or another person silently transmitting words. The mentally ill rarely write testimonies. They do not describe in detail how they hear voices.
The mentally ill stand out from other TIs as microwaved auditory effect is their only symptom of a DEW attack.
The mentally ill who believe they have synthetic telepathy are more likely to believe they have forced speech and/or forced movement. Since antipsychotic drugs did not stop the forced speech, they think that is a DEW symptom. Antipsychotic drugs do not treat tourettes. They have not been tested for biomarkers of tourettes. They do not ask for treatment for tourettes based on their biomarker lab tests.
The mentally ill do not tend to report being stalked. They report a new type of street theatre. People nearby have forced speech or forced movement. The mentally ill misunderstand the definition of directed conversation and parroting types of street theatre. The definition is people stalking the TI to come close to say out loud what the TI had SAID out loud.

The mentally ill misinterpret directed conversation and parroting to be people nearby who are not stalking them speak out loud what the mentally ill had been THINKING. The mentally ill believe artificial intelligence or aliens are reading their thoughts via synthetic telepathy and mind controlling people nearby to say it out loud. Whereas, neither form of street theatre exists.
The mentally ill report either hearing physical voices or hearing a computerized inner voice only while they are conscious. Not during sleep. Whereas, psychotronics and CIA Project MK-ULTRA mind controlled the subconscious.
Dr. Cameron played audio tapes while his patients were unconscious from electro convulsive therapy (electric shock therapy) and sleeping.

The mentally ill do not report hearing the hum. Subliminal messages could be modulated in ultrasound hearing. See the ultrasound wikis.
The mentally ill do not report brain zapping. It is possible microwaves emitted by radar zapping the brain could have modulated subliminal messages.
Psychotronics and CIA Project MK-ULTRA performed brain zapping and subconscious hearing. This is what has been perpetrated in the past and present. Scientific TI type tend to report brain zapping and the hum but not microwave auditory effect, synthetic telepathy and street theatre.
On the other hand, microwave auditory effect and synthetic telepathy would be more harassing than subliminal messages. If the goal of the perps is to harass and not to mind control, microwave auditory effect or synthetic telepathy could be deployed.
If the goal of perps is to mind control by suppressing particular thoughts, the perps would record the thoughts of TIs via RNM or synthetic telepathy. Each thought that was not approved would immediately instigate a shock via laser. The mentally ill do not report being shocked. Scientific TI types tend to report being shocked. Some, including James Lico and me, have uploaded photographs of laser burns.
The mentally ill refuse to wear brain shielding. The mentally ill believe random people are chosen to be targets.
Though antipsychotic drugs did not help them, the mentally ill report that they are still taking the drug. TIs who actually have microwaved auditory effect or synthetic telepathy would not continue taking medication that does not help them.
They exaggerate and misinform even after debating and being unable to substantiate. Rigid thinking.
I do know of some examples. But due to the lack of written testimonies, torture reports, meter reports for microwave auditory effect, brain shielding reports, biomarkers lab tests for mental illness, radio wave sickness and tourettes, I cannot say for sure.
It is strange that microwave auditory effect and/or tourettes would be their only physical symptoms. Their symptoms are neither physically painful nor lethal. Whereas, one of the goals of electronic torture is inducing pain and slow kill.
