It really comes down to has tRump respected the Office of the President of the United States and the institutions of government? Has he operated in honest good faith to live up to his oath?

The clear answer to both those questions is no. He should be impeached and removed from office as soon as possible.

Oh they know but the political calculations are still in favor of keeping silent. They still believe they can use tRump to get their agenda enacted into law.

But that belief is slowly fading as are the factors that tell them supporting 45 is better for their chances of re-election in 2018. It is simply a matter of time before the balance shifts and they turn on him. Once that happens it will rapidly be over for the Cheeto-in-Chief.

Absolutely. One of the things that scares them the most is an active and passionate Democratic base. Every election needs to be taken seriously because we need big numbers. I sadly admit I have missed some mid-term elections in the past but I sure as fuck am not going to miss the next one.
