Looks great! I actually dig this.

I would edit the kernelling on the lower font. Maybe bigger/thicker.

Change the circular white lines to a more cream

The blurring around the head is not great, I would increase the brush size and have him fade more

Looks good. Nice work. I would lose the border, change the font to something more elegant and don't curve the title. Also don't use white. Try a gray or dark tint from the head.
