[DIPLOMACY] Chicago - Boston

Dear Interim President Morgose,

I come to you today as the representative of the Midwestern Federative Republic's desires regarding the state of New England going forwards. We are willing to open our arms to you and aid New England in the following manners;

Our prime involvement would be military aid. The Midwestern Federative Republic is home to an extremely large industrial base, a competent work force and defence industry giants such as Poloshkosh and The Boeing Company. We would be willing to fulfil a review of the New Englander Armed Forces and completely reorganise such into a strong, effective fighting force.

However, we also offer support for New England's accession to the North American Accord, and associated diplomatic support internationally.

We hereby extend this recognition of an independent New England to Boston and yourself.

Finally, we suggest that you, or Texas, leak the contents of all your meetings with the USA regarding independence to the public. This would give us a very strong platform on which to base our further opinions.

Signed,

President Terrence of the Midwestern Federative Republic
