List of all time "world" champion belt holders by country and continent - Asia
This took a lot longer than I'd like to admit - I'm going to do this for every continent and sidebar the results for any new fans or any data lovers out there.
This does not include lineal or NYSAC, IBO, The Ring or any other organisation. I'll do a lineal one at some point.
This list contains every WBC, WBA (regular and super), WBO, IBF & interim belt winners since the sanctioning bodies were founded.

Takeaway notes
-
Japan are head and shoulders above the rest of Asia.
-
Without Pacquiao and Donaire, Philippines would be way down the list. Currently second, they'd be in fourth - 4 behind South Korea.
-
North Korea has had a multiple time World Champion.
-
All of the Kameda brothers combined have won less World titles than Manny Pacquiao.
-
Aside from Chong-Pal Park and a couple of others, over 98% of these title wins come at 140 or below.
-
Pacquiao (8) and Donaire (6) between them have more belts than Indonesia, China, North Korea, Mongolia & Iran combined (13).
-
Totals - 209 Individual World champions, 281 total belts between them.
