Very close call! A bit surprised to see Self Control win because Nights has always won in these competitions on r/FrankOcean, as well as Nights being the least voted out song for most rounds, but in a turn of events, Self Control came ahead slightly. Great final round!

I got that, but I want to know why you feel that way. For me that song is ecstasy.

Frank's somber tone throughout the verses contrast very well with the beautiful hook that includes the best line on the album for me (inHALE in HELL there's heaven).

Glad to see Self Control win out over Nights, which I like but is massively overrated. Self Control is Frank's minimalist magnum opus, and his most emotionally visceral song. The moment where the choir of voices comes in on the outro is probably my favorite moment on the album behind the drop of the voice effects on Nikes and is incredibly powerful.

my vote would have gone Solo(reprise)<Futura Free<White Ferrari<Godspeed<Pretty Sweet<Pink+White<Solo<Seigfried<Self Control<Nights<Skyline To<Nikes<Ivy Not that they last few are bad, this album is perfect to me except the for facebook story and be yourself. Just I like the last few a little more that the ones before

a) increased likelihood of having a strong opinion about those two songs

b) psychologically, people (lurkers) want to be a part of voting for the winner

eh the first round got 110 more than the last round and it makes sense that the finale would be the most voted on.
