[Shielding: Brain] [Shielding: Clay] Brain shielding while sleeping
One layer of wet clay will adequately shield from low power brain zapping while TIs are awake. Brain zapping during sleep is heavier and the pulsing is faster than while awake. Sleep requires three inches deep of wet clay above the head to shield pulsed brain zapping. Sleep requires four inches of wet clay in back of the head to shield heavy pressure induced by magnetic near fields.
The crate does not shield infrasound blasting of the brain. The crate does not shield the ultrasonic hum.
The crate shields laser attacks from the back, top and sides. The crate being open on one side cannot shield laser attacks from the open side. Hence, the need to wear a wet clay helmet and to place a FOMI 21 x 12 or a Fomentek clay pack on top of the helmet.
Equipment needed
Sponge, old towel, old clothes, large cooking pot, milk crate, four large plastic food containers, and 50 pounds of clay. very possibly less clay than 50 pounds is needed. Could volunteers please test various percentages of clay and water to make various thicknesses of slurry?

Heavy duty plastic rectangular milk crate
Ultra Latch plastic tote box manufactured by Sterlite
Four pet food containers
Bungee cords. Light weight bungee cords have smaller hooks which will fit through the holes in the milk crate to latch on. Heavy duty bungee cords have larger hooks which are too large to fit through the holes. Heavy duty bungee cords can only latch on to the large opening used as a handle on each end of the crate.
One 30 inch bungee cord to secure lid on tote box.
Two 30 inch bungee cord light weight bungee cords to secure tote box length wise on top of milk crate.
Two 30 inch bungee cords to secure tote box width wise to the top of the milk crate.
One 18 inch and one 12 inch bungee cord to secure the lid on four pet food containers.
One 2 foot light weight bungee cord to attach each pet food container to the milk crate = four cords
An earthing mat, camping mat or a futon on the floor. Earthing mats:
Clay ice bag and neck clay pack
First put on the neck clay pack on the upper back of your head. Then put on two thick long wool caps to help hold the neck clay pack as well as shield your ears from remote neural monitoring:
Then put on a large Australian outback hat, trapper hat or an aviator helmet with a six inch or nine inch ice bag filled with clay and water inside is comfortable to sleep in. The ice bag sits on top of the head. When tossing and turning during sleep, the ice bag can fall out of the Russian aviator helmet. The ice bag stays better inside the australian outback hat. However, tossing and turning during sleep can move the australian outback hat or trapper hat part way off the head even with the chin strap tied.
Rectangular milk crate
To help keep the australian outback hat or helmet on, place your head inside of a rectangular heavy duty plastic milk crate. 19 1/4 inches long x 12 1/2 inches high x 10 1/2 inches deep.
Place the crate in a corner of a bedroom. Place crate against two walls that does not have electric wiring and an outlet. Wiring can emit dirty electricity. The torturers can remotely elevate dirty electricity. See the dirty electricity wikis in r/electromagnetics.
During sleep, the torturers can apply heavy pressure on the top of the brain induced by magnetic near field. The pressure is solely on the top of the brain. Not on the forehead, sides or back of the head. It may feel like the forehead has pressure but it is the pressure on the top of the head that causes inflammation which causes swollen eyes and sinuses. Clay attenuate magnetic fields.
Shielding the top of the milk crate
The dimensions of the top of the crate are 19 1/4 inches long x 10 1/2 inches wide. Target sells an Ultra Latch plastic tote box manufactured by Sterlite. 18 1/8 inches long x 12 1/4 inches wide x 7 inches high. It is the only plastic tote box who's dimensions are close to the dimensions of the crate.
Make a slurry. See instructions at:
https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedEnergyWeapons/comments/61dygm/wiki_shielding_clay_and_shale/
Pour slurry into tote box four inches thick. Could volunteers please test four inches of slurry inside the tote box? If five inches were inadequate, please add more slurry. If five inches were adequate, test four inches. Could you please write a shielding report?
Wrap a 30 inch bungee cord around the tote box to make sure the cover does not fall off if the tote box falls.
Attach the tote box to the crate using a 30 inch bungee cord to make sure the tote box does not fall off the milk crate. Attach the 30 inch bungee cord length wise (horizontally) to the large opening (handle) on the sides of the crate. Attach one 30 inch light weight bungee cord depth wise (vertically).
Shielding the back of the crate
We will make a row of food containers for the back of the milk crate and one container for each side of the crate. Many food containers are tapered. Longer at the top than at the bottom. When placed in a row, the tops touch each other but the middle and bottoms do not. There are gaps between the bottoms and the middle. DEW can attack through gaps. Important to find containers that do not taper.
Some containers have a handle. They would only be suitable if they are wide enough that two in a row would cover the back of the crate and the handle faces out.
The crate is 12 1/2 inches high. There aren't that many plastic containers that are tall and narrow. See comment below for containers.
The crate is 19 1/4 inches long. Two food containers side by side in a row will cover the back of the crate. Place the containers between the crate and the wall. There should not be any gaps. Energy weapons can attack gaps. To make sure the crates do not slightly move away from the containers, use a 2 foot bungee cord to attach the containers to the back of the crate.
All food containers are tapered. The top is longer than the bottom. When making a row, the lids will touch each other but not the middle and the bottoms of the containers. There will be gaps. DEW can attack through gaps. Better to use two long containers and have only one gap than to use three less wide containers and have two gaps. Longer containers are described in the "Shielding Sides of the Crate" section.
Attach cords across the length of the containers. If you attach bungee cords across the depth of the containers, the bungee cords will be between the container and the crate. The container won't be able to be flush with the crate.
Shielding sides of the crate
Place a food storage container between the side of the milk crate and the wall. There should not be a gap. The depth of the crate is 10 1/2 inches. It is OK if the container has a handle because the side does not need a row of containers. Just one container will do. OK if the handle sticks out in the front of the container.
IRIS Airtight Food Storage Container, 11 Quart

Top is 12.80" long x 13.62"H x 7 inches wide. Bottom is 9 1/2 inches long. The gasket fell out. While rinsing the gasket, the gasket broke in two places. Not water tight. Needs bungee cords to secure lid. I considered returning it but there are no other containers to use that has good height and length for the sides of the crate. Seven inches deep is not necessary. 3 3/ inches deep sufficiently shields radar.
Rubbermaid 1.5 gallon 23 cup cereal container is 11.3 x 11.2 x 5.8 inches deep. One inch too short so place something on the bottom to raise it.
One 18 inch and one 12 inch bungee cord to secure lid on the food container. Attach cords across the length of the containers. If you attach bungee cords across the depth of the containers, the bungee cords will be between the container and the crate. The container won't be able to be flush with the crate. A laser could strike between cracks.
To attach a food container to the side of the crate, use a two foot bungee cord.
Filling containers
The 11 quart containers are 14 inches high including the lid. The lid makes the container taller than the milk crate, The height of the container with the lid removed is 13 inches. The height of the milk crate is 12 1/2 inches. Fill the container to the top.
How to make slurry is at:
https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedEnergyWeapons/comments/61dygm/wiki_shielding_clay_and_shale/
Use a three foot bungee cord around the containers to make sure the lid does not fall off. Attach containers to the back and sides of the crate using a 18 inch light weight bungee cord.
Clay absorbs a lot of water. Several days later, check whether the water in the slurry has gone down. If so, add water to the containers and knead.
Brain stem shielding
The crate is not that wide. The neck sticks out of the crate. If the torturers cannot zap the brain, they will zap the brain stem. To shield the brain stem and neck, wear two neck clay packs:
First put on two neck clay packs over the neck to protect the brainstem. Then put on a long 100% wool cap. the cap will shield remote neural monitoring. Then put on the eye mask pack as a head band to protect the top of the back of the head. Then put the 21 x 12 inches clay pack on the top of the head.
Why wearing clay inside the crate is necessary
Why wear an ice bag inside a hat or helmet and a neck clay pack on the upper back of your head when your head is inside the milk crate? Tossing and turning while sleeping could cause your head to move partly or completely out of the crate. The crate does not have a chin strap. I have woken up to find my head half way out of the crate, my trapper hat half off and my brain zapped. I have gotten used to sleeping with my head inside the crate. I have not tested without wearing them. I have woken up with my head inside the crate but my hat and ice bag clay pack partially moved. The torturers zapped my brain that was exposed. DEW can aim at a low angle and a high angle. The crate is completely open on one side. Shielding material must be inside and outside of the crate.
The torturers are prepared and act fast. While targets are preparing to go to sleep, they can blast, laser or pulse the unprotected brain. Likewise, while targets are arising and before they can put on brain shielding, the torturers have attacked the brain. If targets wear brain shielding while they are awake and keep the brain shielding on while sleeping, the torturers would be discouraged from attacking the brain while targets are preparing for bed and arising.
If you need to change brain shielding, the best time to do so is after bathing. Got to remove brain shielding to wash hair and water shields.
Laser attacks through the one side of the crate that is open is possible. The clay on a clay helmet is not thick enough to shield laser attacks while sleeping as they are stronger than while awake. Place a FOMI 21 x 12 clay pack inside a zippered twin size pillow protector. Place on top of the helmet. There isn't room inside the crate for this clay pack and a pillow. Remove the pillow. The crate will help keep the pack on top of the helmet. Without the crate, the clay pack always falls off.
