My diy Dominion Storage Case

I have been pondering for a few weeks now, a solution to having four game boxes for Dominion. I am a pretty comming Dominionier, owning Base, Intrigue, Prosperity, and Seaside. And I am very happy with that collection. But I am not happy that it takes up a whole bunk on my Kallax shelf.

I have seen the Hobby Lobby case, but it is certainly bigger than I needed, and because I am in Canada, it is more expensive than I need. So my venture led me to possibly using a GO7 box insert, but I wanted something nice.

I stumbled across a storage box at Michaels Art store, and if fit the bill perfectly. Check out my album above. Simple to make, and totally effective for storage, organization, and travel. Even the manuals fit perfectly in the lid.

I play on stencilling the logo on the front and woodburning it in, and then staining the box.

BTW, I do not sleeve my dominion game. It is a game I like to see a bit of wear and tear on. You could penny sleeve the cards and they should still fit.
