Lenovo Ideapad 700 vs. Acer Aspire VX 15 vs. HP Omen Gaming Laptop 15 - Which is the best investment?

I'm looking for a new laptop to do my video editing on since the once I have just can't handle it anymore. The most important things are:

• Future Proof (Don't want to get new laptop in 3-4 years)
• Can handle video editing (Be able to run Adobe Premiere, After Affects, etc.)
• Upgradable (Part of future proof is that I can get more RAM and storage when needed)
• Reasonable price (I know there are $1200 laptops out there but I can't afford them)

There are the three I'm considering:

Acer Aspire VX 15 ($799)

• Has the Best GPU
• Doesn't Support Hyperthreading (i.e 4 cores 4 threads)
• Little RAM and Storage (Can be upgraded though)
• Most Expensive

Lenovo Ideapad 700 ($625)

• Low Price
• Weaker CPU & GPU (Not Sure If It Matters)
• Most RAM (12 GB)
• No SSD (Also can't tell if expansion is possible)

HP Omen Gaming Laptop 15 ($629.00)

• Refurbished (Not Sure What To Make Of That)
• Has Best CPU
• Has Both SSD and Hard Disk

Feel free to submit something new entirely if you don't think any of these are the best choice. I'm trying to stay around $800 for this device.
