Boots?

Next patch, Athene's is FINALLY gonna have 10% cdr AND a better passive, so with that said, I need better gold value boots for the occasion. I currently use cdr boots, but what boots should I switch to? I dislike slowing down with mobis upon entering combat, but I dislike the price tag of the magic pen ones. I'd say go swifties, but swifties feel so..."bleh"...ya know? It's only 10 more movement than all the other shoes and its main effect is decreased slow effectiveness...honestly I have no idea what boots I'd want to use. Any suggestions?
