how do your stores stock?

i was wondering how other people's stores stock pops as they come in. how do you find chases that haven't been snagged yet? are they packed behind the normal ones? do they put them at the front of the rows on purpose?
in my experience, gamestops, with their small space, just put stuff wherever it fits, whether there is a space behind or in front. sometimes they hold chases behind the counter so you have to ask if they have it, which is weird. FYE has a much larger section, but it's hard to tell when they restock on anything because there is no organization i've seen. you have to dig through the wall and say "hmm, i haven't seen this one here before." the only chase i've found in the wild was at HT and we got there as the guy was putting stuff on the shelves. he put it in the front.
again, i'm just curious as to how you've noticed new stock and how you've found chases in the wild.
