"The Shower of Shame"

Each time I relapse after watching porn and masturbating, I stand beneath what I call is the 'Shower of Shame'. It is the same shower, same walls, same glass and the same washroom that I use everyday in the morning, after workout or before going to bed; however, it feels totally different after a relapse. While the cold water is pouring over my head, I am going through extreme guilt, self-hatred and remorse. The thoughts of "Only if you had shut the laptop....Only if you had left the room....Only if you had done some exercise" drive me insane. Just thinking about 'the shower of shame' has stopped me from fapping so many times. Fellow Fapstronauts: Avoid the Shower of Shame!!!
