Nevada weed tax

Can you guys help me in finding an article talking about how the taxes on marijuana will go towards school funding? Read about it a week or so ago and the shitty search function wont find it for me. Need to send it for a friend who is very anti pot and believes the tax will just go towards a general fund for "democratic politicians". Thanks .
