Spectating Question (XB1)

Hey all, I am not sure if I can find the answer I need, but I thought I'd ask anyway. While spectating the game, I can't hear in-game chat from the people I am watching. Anyone know how to fix this? Not sure if it's a game or an XB1 problem (or maybe it's just me). Thanks for any help!
