3 C's in pre-reqs after freshman year

hi, last semester (freshman) I decided to take genetics, chemistry II, and calculus all at once with the hardest professors and I got C+'s in all 3. I know I am a dumbass and am actively working this summer prepping for orgo and stats. Last semester I had some depression and anxiety issues. Will this destroy my chances of med school? I have read online about people taking SMP's, is there any way I can avoid this if I do well in all of my courses from here on out?
