How will the new CBA impact the draft?

How will the new two way contracts and additional roster spots potentially impact this upcoming draft? I haven't seen any article or mock draft touch on the changes.

Does this put more value on second round picks and are college players more likely to stay in the draft because of the additional opportunities? Does it hurt draft and stash players?
