Options besides lyrica and gabapebtin

My dr seems to think that these are the only two meds, combined with tramadol, that can be used for fibro. Gaba makes me so drowsy I didn't function for 2 weeks until I quit it, and I can only take so much lyrica before I start getting muscle spasms. I found myself last night staring down a bottle of pain pills, and considering taking the whole thing because I just didn't want to hurt anymore. My back was on fire, my hips were screaming, and my hands and feet felt like someone was trying to flay the nerves out of them.

Has anyone had success with any other drugs? I also have Lupus so I'm on naproxen and plaquenil, so I'm not sure what interactions there may be.
