How do you guys sleep through the night while taking tia sodium?

I never get sleep anymore because I have to wake up every two hours to redose another 50mgs so I don't start going into withdrawals (2 hours...can you believe that? Only 2 hours till withdrawals start to hit!?) How do you guys do it? Do some of you maybe take a larger dose - like 6-8 hours worth of your doses - all at once right before bed so you sustain & sleep through the night and don't wake up every 2 or so hours getting withdrawy? Is that how you do it? Help =( I need sleep, I'm going crazy. Thanks ahead of time. And this is my last post, I have been making a ton lately.
