Where can I find higher skill level Matchmaking than FACEIT?

When I started playing FACEIT I was a lot worse than I am and went down to Low elo Level 1 FACEIT, but playing it now, I am not learning anything since most people in there are Gold Nova / Silver skill level and I feel like I'm not improving from playing FACEIT at all, since literally every game I will crush the other team. As soon as I go back to fighting players who are DMG+ I end up getting stomped because I've gotten used to playing vs. novas>, who won't punish my mistakes, which DMG+'s will

Where can I go to fight higher skill level players? I feel I will only improve if I play versus players better than me, not worse.
