Source/Size of Okhotnik

The blurb for the Okhotnik mentions that she was too big for her type, but does anyone actually know what the dimension are implied to be for her? Or at the least, if there is a published source that she is based on (much like how Nicholas is the 2200-ton leader from Friedman's US Destroyers), does anyone know what the source is for her design?
