Blizzard. Do something for afks

How is it possible that games with 3 afks are still counted in HL and TL? For example i just lost an already won game in placement on my smurf because 3 of my allies disconnected leaving me and my buddy playing 2v5 with bots suiciding themselves. Blizzard should fix those kind of problems, and there are 2 ways to do that:

1-Make so that Bots are set on the max difficulty

2-Don't count games where someone thats not in party with you quit the game. So that people can't abuse quitting game for not count loss
