Prestige questions

Hey I am level 42 halfway to 43, and I have some questions about prestige. 1) What should I get with my insanity point? I was thinking kamilassa. 2) Do your skills reset? I know that some skills require levels and I didn't know if you had to relearn them. 3) How fast do you level up after prestige? I know you get a x2 xp modifier so I would imagine it would be pretty quick. Thanks for the help I am looking forward to lv50.😄😄😄
