Ebay Scammer (davidelectronics) update

Sorry I know I already started this topic but I wanted everyone to see his name so he doesn't get them. So I sent the serial # to him and he never replied to the message. But he did send the item back. Well I thought he did. It was just a brick and a phone case. Please tell me Ebay is not stupid enough to side with him. Bump the money, I just can't let this cat win. I videoed me opening the box, but I that's not really proof he sent it.
