Independent Soviet Socialist Republics

I could've sworn I saw a mod on the Steam Workshop that makes a country's name "_____ Independent SSR" when it becomes a puppet of the Soviet Union, but I can't seem to find it. I want to know if anyone else remembers this, if it still exists, where it is, and if not, is it possible to make.
