Mods that improve gun accuracy?

Hello! Are there any mods that make guns more accurate? I find it very hard to hit targets from some tiles away with pistols (even when waiting to increase aim and with high marksmanship skill). This make guns underpowered and frustrating to use.

Or maybe there an easy way to mod it myself by editing the game files?
