Watch ABC app not available?

I'm trying to install the Watch ABC app on my xbox 360 but I can't find it.

Every other network's app shows up, Fox, CBS, NBC, just not ABC for some reason.

It shows up on the list of xbox 360 apps, so it should be available.

I only have a Silver subscription, do I need Gold just to watch ABC?
