Revive Help

When I revive I have to do a weird quiz thing where it's a sequence of numbers to get a 10 gem rewards, but when I opt out of it I still can't revive. How do you solve the puzzle? I'm quite confused any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I had a pattern that when 3, 9, 3, 9 and I entered in a 3 to complete the sequence and it was wrong?
