Legacy experts: Advice needed

I really like the Phenom, but have never thrown the Bandit. Do they serve the same function, or are they used in different situations? I throw the Phenom about 320' and it flips to flat and glides pretty well. I can't imagine I would eke out much more distance with the Bandit than I would with the Phenom.

Thoughts?
