Getting to Gillette from Jamaica Plain

Hey everyone. Timbers fan here and I'm in the area so my wife and I are going to the game tonight. Any pointers on how to get to the stadium without driving from Jamaica Plain? I was thinking of going into the Boston and going from there but getting back seems like it would be difficult.

Any pointers would be appreciated!
