[suggestion] Fix Luma levels

Hi,

Cemu should add an option to correct Luma levels, right now it's set to 16-235 (Limited RGB, that's OK for the WiiU because it is played on TV), but computers works with 0-255 Level (full RGB).

If you don't know what I'm talking about, that's why the games (especially BOTW) looks dull and washed out, with grey instead of black. You can see an example in this post.

You can manually correct this with reshade (I personally use Realistic Hyrule), but it should be integrated in Cemu, for the sake of visual fidelity, and also because ReShade could hit your FPS.

edit: Exzap talked about creating a graphic pack to correct the level, IMHO it's a good idea, so if someone with enough knowledge (slashiee ?) can make it, that will be great.

edit^2: See this video about rgb settings on switch, the game is definitely on the wrong range

edit^3: getdls have made a graphic pack that tweak the gamma levels, you can try it out.

edit^4: it appears the problem lies on BOTW, not on Cemu
