Need help please

Guys, I desperately need help now and I haven't disclosed my addiction to anyone yet.

While revealing to friends can create more harm than good, I have no siblings to rely on.

My mom has always been supportive throughout & I'm considering telling her everything. Everything.

Has anyone of you discussed your addiction to anybody you know? How was their reaction? Was it helpful?
