Monster rancher 2 question!

Hello all!

I had a question about using ps4 disks for monster rancher 2...on a PS3. Does this even work?

I have almost no regular cds anymore and very few that aren't blue ray. I would totally love to play monster rancher 2 again but only if I actually have a good catalog of disks.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.
