Hokkaido Itinerary in 1 day - Is this too ambitious?

I'm looking to cover the following in one day on a self-driving trip:

Otaru to Shakotan Shakotan to Niseko Village Niseko Village to Toyako

Is this too ambitious? Also, are they any recommended places to cover in these areas?
