WTF happened after my conquest game?

I'm playing The D-Backs for their stronghold, win 1-0, then it says "your connection to The Show has been lost" and not only does it not give me the win but my 99 million attack force suddenly vanished and they aren't anywhere. It didn't reset back to the previous reinforce phase because I already had 20 million people next to their stronghold.

Seriously SDS? I know it's not as important as a game 12 of BR but still, that is crap. I know this will get downvoted but it's not like my internet connection went down. In fact I was able to go back right into DD.
