Could someone help me diagnose this POST code?

I've tried replacing my RAM, CPU, PSU, and GPU. None of which solved the issue. According to EVGAs handbook, post code 53 is a failure to identify memory. Not only did I buy new RAM to test it but I also did the method of putting an individual ram into each slot. I don't know where to go at this point. I'm thinking I'll have to pay someone to look at it and diagnose the issue.

Is anyone familiar with this post code? Basically the computer turns on but won't display.
