[TOMT][MOVIE] Nazi Concentration Camp Guard is ID-ed by former prisoners

All I can remember from this movie is one scene in particular where the ex-guard is walking down a street in a major city (NYC, maybe?) and, on his way, elderly people are stopping and looking at him in a peculiar way. As he continues walking, one old woman in particular points to him and shouts out that she remembers him as the guard, continually calling his name. At one point in her tirade I believe she raises her sleeve to reveal her concentration camp ID Number tattoo. When she does this, the ex-guard becomes increasingly more nervous and more and more elderly bystanders start recognizing him and yelling at him.

This may or may not be a dreamsequence in the movie itself. All I remember is this one scene in particular.
