What should I do?

I recently ordered a knife online, and in my excitement, I accidentally ordered a partially serrated one instead of a plain edged one. It hasn't arrived yet, but I want to exchange it for the plain edged version. However, I'm gonna be using this knife outdoors and for hikes, so I'm kinda thinking of keeping it. I'm torn over what to do. Any thoughts?
