If we get a divorce is the house still mine?

I live in central New York. I bought the house before we were married and never signed anything or told him that he could co-own. He has never put any money into the payments. I was thinking about filing for divorce but he won't leave. He says the house is his because we're married. Is this true? Is there any way I can get him out? Will the house still be mine after divorce?
