Having some problems since the Malthael patch (perhaps)

When I go to choose heroes from my collection I see around half the roster missing. The store is unavailable and of the heroes that I have I cannot choose certain skins. I also get a message saying "Your selected banner has not been earned" when I hover over the Ready Button. Please help!
