Team Killing

While I think it's a great idea to include team killing to create realistic scenarios like "Give me the car keys or I'll kill you" or other situations where you kill/wound someone else so you can get away, there needs to be a report system for people that just pointlessly kill you.

I was playing a game yesterday where I spawned in, walked into a room and locked the door behind me, and while I was looking through a drawer this kid came through the window and shot me in the side of the head even though I found nothing. There was no point to this, there wasn't a warning, jason wasn't around. He just killed me for no reason ~30 seconds into the game, and I was forced to sit there for 20 minutes watching cause I wanted the XP.

It's happened to me in multiple games and there either needs to be a timer before you can team kill or there needs to be a way to report people that do it for no reason.
