[unstable][1.3] Space Map problems

Essentially there is a problem with how the current system view/space map functions.

In order to zoom out of the system, you click on the very edge of the map. That will zoom you out from the local system view, to the galaxy view map.

However, if a system has a sufficient amount of planets and/or these planet's orbits cross over to the programmed bounds where one must click to zoom out of the system view, it becomes impossible to zoom in on the planetary body, making it and any other local areas essentially impossible to visit.

TL;DR If planets cross over the threshold to zoom out of the system, it is impossible to zoom in on said planets.
