Please help me find this short film

I remember watching this short film where there was this gadget which stops time for the person using it. So people start using it and freeze time for themselves in that exact moment when they are the happiest. Eventually, almost everyone used it and there were few people left and they felt lonely and decided not to live forever in the perfect moment, but to keep living their everyday life. I liked it a lot and I would want to watch it again but I don't remember its name. So if my description sounds familiar, please help me find it. Thank you so much!
