Noob to PC Gamer (hopefully)

Since I'm on Summer vacation from college, I decided it may be time to build my own PC finally for all those sweet sweet features that a console can't do. If any of you find fellows have any advice on where and which parts to order in a price range of $600, comment below. I would want to be able to run something like black ops 3 for example without issues. I also have moderate experience with hardware and assembly, just want advice on what to get.
