I [24/m] feel like my girlfriend [23/f] is emotionally manipulating me but don't know how to make it stop.

This is not nearly as juicy as a lot of other requests for advice on here, more like a small quality of life problem more than anything. The issue for me is that I feel like my girlfriend is being manipulative to get me to do what she wants and it ends up making me feel bad and I feel like it is unfair to me. It happens more than I would like and it is something I wish would change about our relationship.

Take the other day for example: It was my day off and I had some things that I wanted to do, but my girlfriend really wanted to play video games all day with me. I like playing games, but I also wanted to go to the gym, go for a bike ride, and run some things over to my parents house. So I told her that I would happily play games with her after I do those things and I expected that I would be done in the early afternoon so we could play for a good 8 hours probably if she wanted. She got pretty sad that I wouldn't play with her and I told her that it wasn't fair for her to be sad because I will play later, and she reluctantly agreed.

After I finished at the gym, I planned to make some lunch before driving over the stuff to my parents and then go for a quick ride afterward. When I got home, my girlfriend started pestering me about playing with her, asking things like, "Do you really need to go for a bike ride? You just went to the gym." I told her that I wanted to go for a bike ride and invited her to come with me, but she didn't want to, so I reminded her that I would play with her in a couple hours, but I was going to go for a bike ride first. She got very sad and pouty, so I told her that she can't be pouty and make me feel bad for wanting to go for a bike ride on my day off when I had agreed to play with her later. I told her it wasn't fair to make me feel bad about this, because it wasn't like I was neglecting her or not giving her attention, I just wanted to do some other things too.

She got pretty upset when I told her this, and she started saying that she is allowed to have feelings and she was just sad because she was really looking forward to playing video games and spending time with me since I didn't have to work, and she is bummed that I also don't want to spend the whole day with her.

I think that it is bullshit. I think that I was being very level headed and compromising, but it wasn't enough for her so she was using her sadness to make me skip the bike ride and play with her instead. I told her that it wasn't fair to use her emotions to manipulate me into doing what she wanted, and that her being sad would just make me feel bad while going for a bike ride and take the joy out of the activity knowing that me doing it was upsetting her.

She said that I am a self-centered asshole who thinks that the world revolves around him, and that her experiencing emotions is not emotional manipulation and she is allowed to feel however she wants.

Typing this story out really makes my girlfriend seem childish, and maybe she is a little bit. While I would change some things about our relationship, I still want to be together and love her and have a lot of fun with her. But I don't appreciate how she makes me feel bad whenever I don't do what she wants and want some advice on how to change this.

TL;DR My girlfriend doesn't care about how her expressing her emotions makes me feel, but expects me to be concerned with how my actions affect her. I want advice on how to change her mindset so she thinks about how she may affect me before acting.
