It was a flash game, probably published on notdoppler.com. You are a cyclist, seen from above. Accordeon music plays (so I thought the name might be something with "velo", but the search turns up nothing.) The focus of the game is making your way through a level in black and white, while your turning radius is limited. I think it looked like a printed book, with pictures from engraved metal plates.
