[Ghosts] If you buy a DLC weapon, will I have it in both PS3 and PS4 Versions?

I play Ghosts on both PS3 and PS4 from time to time, there are more active gamemodes and weaker players playing the PS3 Version but PS4 looks better. But if i buy a weapon (only the weapon not the whole DLC) can i use it on both consoles?
